Skala Oropou (Greek: Σκάλα Ωρωπού) is a community in East Attica, Greece, on the South Gulf of Euboea, due north of Athens. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Oropos, of which it is a community.[1]

Skala Oropou is linked with the road linking GR-1/E75 and Oropos down to the beach, as well as the roads to Kalamos and Malakasa. Skala Oropou is surrounded by olive trees, pasture farmlands, grasslands and hills. Pine trees and mountains dominate southward; farmlands are in valley areas. The South Euboean Gulf covers the northern edge, providing a panoramic view of the island of Euboea. Skala Oropou is located N of Athens, E of GR-1/E75 (Athens - Lamia - Thessaloniki) and north of Rafina. The Asopus River flows to its west and through Chalkoutsi. Beaches along with hotels, taverns and restaurants are along the coastline and are Skala Oropou's fame.

The community has a land area of 12.398 km² and a total population of 3,775 inhabitants.
